When viewing images, REMEMBER to adjust the brightness and contrast controls of your monitor.  Otherwise you may lose information.

Normal Zone 3 blood flow is demonstrated on this endovaginal image. Notice the vascular penetration.  In my experience, no intrauterine finding is more predictive of outcome than endometrial blood flow.  Proper technique and experience are necessary to properly elicit and interpret this finding.
